Eden's Original Crispbreads are the perfect pocket sized snack. They are yeast free and wheat free made from wholegrain spelt. They give you all the nutrients you need without the surplus calories.
My two favourites are the Spelt Sunflower Seed and Spelt Pumpkin Seed varieties.
Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of antioxidants, minerals and vitamin E while pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein and fatty acids.
