Lloyd Hewson - Nourish Wicklow Street
Eden's Original Crispbreads are the perfect pocket sized snack. They are yeast free and wheat free made from wholegrain spelt. They give you all the nutrients you need without the surplus calories.
My two favourites are the Spelt Sunflower Seed and Spelt Pumpkin Seed varieties.
Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of antioxidants, minerals and vitamin E while pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein and fatty acids.
Yum - they really are delcious!

Julianne Moore for Burt's Bees

Hollywood Actress Julianne Moore is a huge patron of natural skincare and last year partnered with Burt's Bees to help promote a natural skincare seal placed on products that contain at least 95% natural ingredients.
Burt's Bees have a huge selection of truly natural skin and body care products. The most popular across the world (and at Noruish) is their Peppermint Lip Balm.
This natural lip balm is loaded with coconut and sunflower oils, rich in vitamins and essential fatty acids, to nourish, condition and soften lips. Beeswax seals in hydration while peppermint oil gives a refreshing tingle.

This is Bord Bia's website to promoto exactly what fruit and vegetables are available in Ireland and what's 'Best in Season'. The site explains the benefits of eating fresh produce gworn within the natural Irish season.
The type of vegetables grown in any country at a particular time will depend in the first instance on the weather patterns, soils and amount of sunlight available to the growing crops. Certain crops can be grown easily in Ireland all year round (e.g. cabbage, cauliflowers), while others cannot be grown at all (e.g. citrus fruit, bananas).
In reality many of our common fruit and vegetables are sown in the Irish springtime, grow in the Irish summer and are harvested in the autumn. The end result is that Ireland has its own unique range of fruit and vegetables that can be grown within its own climate and this to a large degree has contributed to the evolution of our national food culture, as it has developed throughout history.
