Grapeseed Oil for Emma Stone

"The Help" Actress Emma Stone has told beauty journalists she uses Grapeseed Oil instead of moisturiser.

Her beauty tip is to massage it into the skin after showering. This is actually a great penny saving tip as grapeseed oil is heavy in antioxidants, light on the skin and easily absorbed.

It has been more commonly used as a massage oil because of it's easy absorption.

It also contains polyphenols that have anti-inflammatory properties making it good for acne-prone skin. Ms. Stone said that it acts as the perfect moisturiser, leaving skin soft and silky.

Meridian Grapeseed Oil is available from all Nourish Stores
