Udo comes to town!

Udo Erasmus is coming to our Wicklow Street Store on Saturday 18th September at 4.30pm to chat with customers and staff about his world renowned Udo's Oil!

We're delighted to welcome Udo to Nourish as his famous oil has been a long time favourite product here. Udo's Oil is a carefully blended mix of the finest Omega 3, 6 & 9 Essential Fatty Acids. The blend includes oils from fresh flax, sesame and sunflower seeds, as well as oils from evening primrose, rice germ and oat germ.
