Who Are We?

Nourish is an independent family owned, group of Irish health stores. We opened our first store in 1986 trading as The General Health Food Store. Selling lots of whole-foods to a small following of interested and loyal customers the business expanded slowly but steadily over the years. Never content to sit idly by, in 2004 we re-branded our stores and adopted the trading name of ‘Nourish’.

The change in name brought Nourish to Wicklow Street which today is just as representative of our core values as our first store was in Marlborough Street. In other words – Whole-foods complimented when necessary by the correct effective nutritional supplements and advocating the most natural and ethical skincare products.

The original owner Derek Kelly still runs the business on a day to day basis but is now joined by his son Odhran. Odhran manages the Wicklow Street store and ensures that the best and newest products are filtered out for all of Nourish’s customers.

Nourish now has six stores in the Dublin area and always continually strives to offer our customers the best and most innovative products on the market. We also endeavor to invite everyone to grasp our fundamental belief that everyone has a responsibility to take responsibilty for the maintenance and improvement in their own health.
