How to Use Product

Oat Flour Muesli Cupcake Muffins recipe by Doves Farm

Ingredients:

• 150g Doves Farm Organic Oat Flour
  
• ½ tsp Doves Farm Bicarbonate of Soda
  
• 100g soft brown sugar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 100g apple, grated
  
• 125g natural yoghurt
  
• 50g apricots
  
• 50g raisins
  
• 50g dried cranberries
  
• 50g pumpkin seeds
  
• 50g sunflower seeds
  
• 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method:

Oven temp: 190°C, Fan 170°C, 375°F, Gas 5

• Pre-heat the oven.
  
• Stand cupcake cases in the holes of a muffin or tart tray.
  
• Measure the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl, stir to combine and sieve into another bowl.
  
• Stir in the sugar.
  
• Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
  
• Grate the apple into the bowl, add the yoghurt and beat together well.
  
• Mix in the prepared flour.
  
• Dice the apricots and add it to the bowl.
  
• Add the raisins, cranberries, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and stir to mix.
  
• Divide the mixture into the cupcake cases.
  
• Scatter a little coconut over the top.
  
• Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  
• Transfer the cakes onto a wire rack and leave to cool.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
