How to Use Product

Vegan Protein Pumpkin Pie recipe by Nua Naturals

Ingredients:

Filling:

• 550g Pumpkin peeled and cubed
• 120ml Sweetened Condensed Milk (vegan)
• 1/3 cup Nua Naturals Pea Protein ?
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger
• Pinch of salt

Pie crust:

• 200g Almond flour   
• 1/2 cup NUA Naturals Protein porridge – berry
• 2-3 tbsp Cold water
• 3 tbsp Agave syrup 
• pinch of Salt 
• 3 tbsp Vegan butter 

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven 175 C fan.
2. Place the saucepan on medium heat and cook the pumpkin with spices, salt and condensed milk until soft.
3. Turn off the heat and add the protein powder. Let it slightly cool and then blitz it in the food processor until smooth.
4. Make the crust by adding all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine well until it forms wet sand consistency.
5. Press the mixture into the pie pan and pour the pumpkin mixture in the crust.
6. Bake for 18-20min or until the crust is golden.

Free delivery on all orders over €50 to any destination on the island of Ireland, (subject to a max weight of 25kg). A standard shipping charge of €5.95 will apply to all orders less than €50.

Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
