How to Use Product

PREPARATION:

• To rehydrate: Soak in cold water for up to 10 mins. Use the soaking water to flavour dishes
• Salted: Wash salt off thoroughly before use
• Fresh: Rinse gently before use
  

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Can be used dry (wipe gently before use), fresh (or rehydrated) or cooked simmer for up to 40mins
• Pickling: Adding fresh or dried kombu to vegetables while pickling them gives a pleasant depth and savouriness to the finished dish
• Pickled kombu can be used in tartare sauce
• Boil/steam: Serve as a side vegetable, add to stews, soups
• Bake: Wrap fish or chicken in fresh or rehydrated kombu and bake or steam for a rich succulent finish
• Fry: Stir-fry fresh or rehydrated kombu with beef, add to beef burgers or meatballs
• Goes well with Beef, chicken, fish and seafood, smoked fish, pulses, vinegar, dried mushrooms and rice

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
