How to Use Product

Combine with other ingredients of choice to create various dressings, salads and dips or enjoy plain with food of your choice.

BAKED POTATO WITH VEGAN CHUNA SWEETCORN

Ingredients:

• 2 large potatoes
• 1 tbsp Emile Noel Organic Olive Oil
• 1 tin Biona Organic Chickpeas
• 2 spring onions
• Handful of gherkins or capers
• 100g organic sweetcorn?
• 3 tbsp Biona Organic Free-Range Mayo
  
• 1 tsp Biona organic Dijon Mustard?
• 2 tsp organic lemon juice?
• Sea salt & pepper

Method:

• Preheat your oven to 200c.
• Rub a little olive oil all over the potatoes, then place them on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for an hour until crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. 
• To make the chickpea chuna, drain and rinse the chickpeas and them add them to a bowl and mash with a fork. Chop the spring onion and gherkins finely, then add them to the chickpeas along with the sweetcorn, mayo, mustard and lemon juice.
• Mix until everything is combined. and season with salt and pepper.
• Once the potatoes are cooked, fill them with the chickpea chuna. Serve with a fresh green salad.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
