Emile Noel Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-extracted from olives picked during their perfect maturity. Very little or no bitterness makes it a subtle olive oil. 5,5kg of olives are necessary to obtain 1 litre of this precious oil. Perfect for everyday cooking, especially in Mediterranean dishes. Olive oil is highly nutritious and has been proven to have many health benefits due to its high content in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

How to Use Product

It is particularly recommended for Mediterranean dressings: vegetables, salads, pastas, soft white cheese etc.

Ingredients:

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 orange bell pepper
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200 g of tomato sauce
  • 50 g of feta or halloumi
  • 1 Drizzle of Emile Noël Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut the zucchini and the eggplant into slices. Place the on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil, sprinkle salt and cook for around 20 min in a oven preheated to 180°C.
  2. Dice the bell pepper and crumble the feta.
  3. Roll the pizza dough into a big thin round. Cut a star in the centre.
  4. Cover the remaining circle with tomato sauce.
  5. Spread the zucchini and eggplant slices alternatively then the bell pepper pieces and the feta.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough from the centre outwards (impossible to explain, watch the video, that is simpler!!!).
  7. Bake 25 min in the preheated oven at 180°C.
  8. Serve hot or cold, with a dash of camelina oil.
