How to Use Product

• Cream Cleanser: Gently massage onto damp skin on face, neck and décolletage. Tissue off or rinse with warm water (using a face cloth for best results). Use daily or as often as required
• Certified Organic Rosehip Oil Rollerball: Take me on your travels or in your hand bag. Only apply to young scars once wound has completely healed. Do not apply to broken skin
• Hydrating Mist Toner: Hold at least 30cm away from the face and gently spritz over skin. Allow mist to dry naturally. Alternatively spray onto a cotton pad and wipe over skin to tone after cleansing
• Vital Moisturising Cream: Gently massage onto cleansed face, neck and décolletage morning and/or night

Free delivery on all orders over €50 to any destination on the island of Ireland, (subject to a max weight of 25kg). A standard shipping charge of €5.95 will apply to all orders less than €50.

Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by contacting us at onlinesales@nourish.ie.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
