How to Use Product

Directions for use:

As a substitute for white sugar, use in drinks and desserts.

Why not try making some Vegan Salted Caramel:

1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup cold water, 1/2 cup coconut milk from tin (solid part only), 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of salt.

In a pan over medium heat, add the coconut sugar and water. Stir until it begins to boil. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add in the coconut milk and stir until well combined. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Pour into a glass jar and seal. Store in the refrigerator.
