These unique and delicious tasting noodles are wheat and gluten free and are a great substitute for regular wheat noodles in any dish that calls for them.
These noodles are made with black rice which turns a deep purple colour when cooked. Black rice is highly nutritious as it contains the antioxidant anthocyanin, the B-vitamins, iron, calcium, zinc, manganese, selenium and protein.
These noodles have more or a sticky texture and a nutty flavour.
