Cacao Butter is created when the pure edible fat is separated at low temperatures from the cacao bean solids. This results in a heavenly scented pale yellow solid ‘butter’ that creates a smooth and creamy texture when melted down into raw chocolate or desserts.

Melt it with coconut oil and mix in cacao powder and a sweetener of choice and pour into moulds and you have your own handmade delicious chocolate - yum!

Cacao butter can also be used to make your own natural cosmetics and body creams.
