How to Use Product

EASY BIRCHER PORRIDGE

Ingredients:

• 150g rolled oats (gluten-free if required)
• 300ml milk of choice (try almond, rice milk or oat) or apple juice
• Pinch of salt
• Grated apple
  

Topping:

• Handful of fresh blueberries and raspberries
• Handful of dried goldenberries and cranberries
• 2 tsp Ground flaxseed
• Handful of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
• Date syrup, agave or 2-3 chopped dates if you like things sweeter
• 8-10 tbsp yoghurt (vegan if preferred)
• 2 tsp Pulsin Unflavoured Soya Protein Powder

Method:

• Soak the rolled oats and salt in milk or apple juice and leave overnight in the fridge.
• Grate the apple and mix with the soaked oats. Spoon into 2 bowls.
• Top with fresh and dried fruit, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
• Dust with ground flaxseed.
• Stir the protein powder into the yoghurt and spoon a generous helping into each bowl. Add extra sweetener if required. Enjoy!

Free delivery on all orders over €50 to any destination on the island of Ireland, (subject to a max weight of 25kg). A standard shipping charge of €5.95 will apply to all orders less than €50.

Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
