Plantago is composed of iridoid glycosides, flavonoids, tannins, phenolic acids, mucilage, zinc & silicic acid.
The soothing action of plantago is attributed primarily to approximately 6% of mucilage found in the plant material
For the relief of :
- Catarrh
- Sinusitis Glue Ear
- Earache
- Recurrent ear infections
- Tinnitus

Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Tinture of organically grown fresh leaves and flowers of Plantago Lanceolata (Lance Leaf Plantain), extracted in alcohol (49% v/v).

How to Use Product

Adults: 15 drops in a little water, 2-3 times daily.

Children (2-12years): 1 drop per year of age in a little water, 2-3 times daily.
