Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate,) potassium bicarbonate, ascorbic acid, zinc picolinate, boric acid, vitamin K2-MK7 (trans), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

How to Use Product

• Activated in hot water
• Mix 2g-2.7g into 20-30ml of hot water
• Let fizz until disolved
• Fill remainder with warm or cold liquid and enjoy
• If you wish to use cold water, it can take up to 20 minutes to activate
• You will know it is activated when the liquid is clear
• We recommend drinking it within 48 hours, as it starts to lose its ionic properties at that point
