Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Corn starch, bacterial culture^†, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose

†Contains 1 x 10⁹ 35624™ colony forming units (Bifidobacterium longum) per capsule.

How to Use Product

• Take 1 capsule daily with or without food.
• Alflorex can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day. However, fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624 strain so we recommend taking it with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Alflorex can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 35624 strain.
• Do not exceed the stated dosage. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store below 30°C.
• No refrigeration required.
• Consume within 1 month of opening. For best results we recommend you store Alflorex in the original container with the lid securely closed.
