Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Calcium carbonate, corn starch, bacterial cultures^†, calcium D-pantothenate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose

Contains 1714^™ and 35624^™ strains (Bifidobacterium longum) 1×10⁹ Colony Forming Units  per capsule.

How to Use Product

• Take one capsule every day.
• Alflorex Dual Action can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day. However, fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 35624 culture so we recommend taking it with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Alflorex Dual Action can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 35624 and 1714 bacterial strains.
• Do not exceed the stated dosage. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store below 25°C.
• No refrigeration required.
• Consume within 1 month of opening.
