Symprove is a water-based multi-strain supplement that contains 4 unique strains of live activated bacteria. These include: L rhamnosus, E. faecium, L. acidophilus, and L. plantarum. 

Normally a healthy gut would already contain all four of these, along with many other types of bacteria. Diet and lifestyle can cause these to become unbalanced.

In 2014, University College London carried out an independent study on 8 leading products containing bacteria. The form is at the back of the leaflet included in every 4 pack. You will then receive a completely free 4 pack to your chosen home address.

Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Water, extract of germinated barley, live activated cultures of: L. rhamnosus NCIMB 30174, E. faecium NCIMB 30176, L. plantarum NCIMB 30173, L. acidophilus NCIMB 30175; acidity regulators: ascorbic acid, trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings.

How to Use Product

Incorporating Symprove into your daily routine is easy. Just take 70ml of Symprove every morning on an empty stomach, wait 10 minutes before eating or drinking and then continue with your day. Once open, Symprove should be refrigerated but do not freeze or heat as this will kill the bacteria.
