"I produced a book called ‘A Little Book of Swimming Happiness’ to raise money for the RNLI in 2021 - a wonderful charity whose brave volunteer crews are on-call, 24/7 to saves lives at sea. 100% of the sale proceeds went to the RNLI and thanks to the support of some great sponsors (Commissioners for Irish Lights, Dublin Port, Infomar, Nourish Health Stores and Swim Ireland) and swimmers It sold out in 3 weeks (500 copies sold) and I raised €10.5k for the RNLI. The book featured 50 swimmers personal swim stories/photos/poems on why they swim. All the contributors and sellers contributed their services 100% FOC or commission free.

I am delighted to launch my 2nd book for the RNLI called ‘A Little Book of Happy Swimming Locations’ which celebrate some wonderful swim spots around Ireland as contributed by 50 different swimmers. A sneak preview can be found below. It retails at €20 and like before all proceeds go to RNLI. It would make a wonderful Christmas present and also support a great cause. Thanks also to Nourish for supporting this initiative to promote the book for 0% commission."

Free delivery on all orders over €50 to any destination on the island of Ireland, (subject to a max weight of 25kg). A standard shipping charge of €5.95 will apply to all orders less than €50.

Delivery Times
We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order, providing all items are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next business day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.

Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by contacting us at onlinesales@nourish.ie.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at onlinesales@nourish.ie stating the reason for return.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Nourish Web Store, Unit 52 Dakota Avenue, Airways Industrial Estate, Santry, D17 V273. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

Nourish will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
