Used to help relieve premenstrual symptoms such as irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness, bloating and menstrual cramps
Each dose provides 500mg of extract equivalent to 50mg Agnus castus dried berries

Tincture of Agnus castus (Chaste Tree) dried fruit, extracted in alcohol (69% V/V).

How to Use Product

Directions

Adults: 15-20 drops in a little water twice daily.
Children: This product is not recommended for children under 14 years of age.

Warnings

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
