1 ml of Valerian Complex is equivalent to 35 drops

Ingredients & Nutritional Information

1ml of Valerian Complex Stress Relief (equivalent to 35 drops) contains:

Valerian root tincture 0.5ml (ethanol 58% V/V)
Hops strobile tincture 0.5ml (ethanol 65% V/V)

How to Use Product

Adults and older people:

Take 10-20 drops in a little water or fruit juice once or twice daily.

Not for use in children or those under 18.
