How to Use Product

• Use as a base for soups, sauces and pizzas
• Delicious in curry, chilli, lasagne, bolegnese and much more

• 350g Organic White Risotto rice
• 900ml vegetable stock
• 400g (1 tin) Organic Banana Blossom, drained and rinsed
• 400g Biona Organic chopped tomatoes
• 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into small pieces
• 1 orange bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into small pieces
• 1 yellow bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into small pieces
• 100g frozen peas
• 100g green beans, trimmed and cut in half
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 white onion, peeled and finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
• A pinch of saffron
• An handful of fresh parsley to garnish
• 1 tbsp Organic olive oil
