How to Use Product

Soak 250g overnight. Cook on a low temperature in 750ml of water for approx. 40-45 minutes covered with a lid. Stir occasionally.

Why not try: Beetroot Risotto

250g fresh beetroot
2 shallots, peeled
2 garlic cloves, peeled
850ml vegetable stock
35g butter, plus a knob for later
A splash of organic olive oil
175g Biona Organic risotto rice
80ml white wine or water
A little fresh thyme (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon
50g parmesan, freshly grated
Salt and black pepper
