Clearspring Organic Japanese Chickpea Miso is made to a delicious non-soya recipe by their third generation producers in Nagano. Much like the original made from soy, it can be used to make miso soup and enrich the flavour of stews and sauces.

This incredibly versatile miso paste delivers a smooth, rich flavour that perfectly balances the nutty-sweet flavour of chickpeas with the umami-rich flavour of traditional miso.

How to Use Product
