How to Use Product

• 2 capsules daily
• For best results take 1 capsule twice a day with food

 Warnings:

• This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children
• Long term intake of 2mg of manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue
• Beta Carotene should not be taken by heavy smokers
• Keep out of sight and reach of children
