• Tablets contain 500 mg of glucosamine sulphate (400 mg pure glucosamine), 400 mg chondroitin sulphate and 20 mg of vitamin C
• Vitamin C contributes to collagen formation in cartilage and bones
• Glucosamine is a natural structure in human joint cartilage
• Shellfish derived glucosamine provides structure in the joint
• While Chondroitin lubricates joints
• Can be taken with a glass of water, preferably at mealtime (not neccessarily)

Chondroitin sulphate extract (from fish)
Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose
Vitamin C: L-ascorbic acid
Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids
Firming agent: Silicon dioxide
Glazing agent: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose
Colour: Titanium dioxide
Glazing agent: Talc
Colour: Indigo carmine

How to Use Product

• 2 tablets daily or as recommended by a medical professional
• To be taken with food
• Do not exceed recommended amount

• If you are allergic or hypersensitive to glucosamine or to shellfish, do not take glucosamine as the active substance is derived from shellfish
• Pregnant and lactating women and those on medication should seek professional advice prior to taking supplements
