How to Use Product

Mint Tea Mocktail Recipe by Pukka

Equipment: Glasses, chopping board and knife to cut fruit, glass or Pyrex jug and cocktail muddler (or you could use the end of a rolling pin)

Ingredients:

• 4 limes
• Fresh fruit, anything that is in season – strawberries work well
• Handful of fresh mint leaves
• Teaspoon of organic brown sugar (why not try coconut palm sugar)
• 3x Pukka Three Mint tea bags

Instructions:

1. First, make the mint tea concentrate: Take your three tea bags and cover them with 750ml of boiled water.
2. Leave to infuse for at least 15 minutes in a covered container. Strain and leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour. Once it’s cool you can start to assemble.
3. Muddle the lime juice, brown sugar and mint leaves together in a glass. Add your ice and fresh fruit in alternate layers.
4. Pour over your cooled mint tea.
5. Before you serve, garnish with a fresh mint leaf. Enjoy!
