Vital wheat gluten flour

How to Use Product
  • To help bread rise and improve texture and elasticity add 1 tbsp per cup of flour in recipes
  • To make 'gluten steaks' - a meat alternative often called 'seitan' - mix 1 cup gluten flour with 3/4 cup of could water, knead well then cut the dough into slices and boil in your favourite broth for approx 1 hour
