Contains no fillers or bulking agents and are GMO free.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Psyllium Husks; Capsule shell: Pullulan Vegetable Capsules. Contains 600mg of Psyllium Husks.

May contain traces of nuts and gluten.

How to Use Product

1-2 capsules daily with a large glass of water.

It is recommended to take 6-8 glasses of water daily while taking psyllium husk capsules.
