How to Use Product

Start with 1 teaspoon and build up to 1-3 dessertspoons daily, with meals will give you optimum benefits. Shake gently before use; any cloudiness is natural. Simply drizzle on breakfast cereals, in smoothies or yogurts and over rice, potatoes, pasta or veg. It’s fabulous in salad dressings too. Don’t cook with it as this destroys the delicate EFAs.

Miso Porridge Recipe with Udo’s Oil by Udo's Choice

Ingredients:

• 1 cup oats
• 3 cups water/veg stock (try Dr. Coy's Vegetable Bouillon)
• 2 Tbsp dark Miso (we recommend Clear Spring brown rice)
• 1 Tsp Irish Botanica Lion’s Mane (The capsules can be opened)
• 2 Tbsp Udo’s Oil

Instructions:

• Place your oats in a saucepan on a low heat. Lightly toast the oats before adding the water to cook through. Cook for up to ten mins until the porridge is the consistency you enjoy. This can be as thick or thin as you like.
• Once at the right consistency take off the heat and stir through the Miso and Irish Botanica Lion’s Mane.
• Place into a bowl and garnish with a spoonful of kimchi, handful of kale, sprinkle of seeds and a good drizzle of Udo’s Oil.
