How to Use Product

Add to salads, burgers, grilled vegetables and more. Once opened, keep refrigirated and consume within 7 days.

Falafel Buddha Bowl with Beetroot Sauerkraut Recipe by Biona

Ingredients:

• Organic falafels
• 100g cooked quinoa 
• 2 handfuls of kale 
• Biona Organic Beetrot Sauerkraut
• Biona Organic Lemon juice
• Organic Olive oil
• Sesame seeds
• Hummus 
• Avocado

Instructions:

• Place the falafels into a frying pan over a medium heat with a small drizzle of olive oil. Fry gently until piping hot.  
• Massage the kale with the olive oil and lemon juice until soft. 
• Serve the falafels & kale with the cooked quinoa, hummus, sliced avocado and most importantly the beetroot sauerkraut – loads of it!  
• Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
