Take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

After cleansing the face, apply a few drops of Organic Argan oil and massage into the face and neck. The oil is non-greasy so it will absorb into the skin quickly. You can add Argan oil to moisturisers, serum and make up to take effect of its superb qualities.
Organic Argan oil for skin
For skin, you can apply a few drops of Argan oil to any part of the body and massage to moisturise to a youthful tone. It is great for a number of skin issues like stretch marks, blemishes and scars. You can also add a small amount of Argan oil in the bath to slowly soak into the skin.
Organic Argan oil for hair
Whilst your hair is dry, apply a few drops of Organic Argan oil in to your hair by massaging it in. This will create shine and damping frizz for a smooth and silky texture. For a longer treatment, you can massage Organic Argan oil into the hair and leave it overnight. Once complete, simply wash your hair and see the results!
