• They are made with gluten free wholegrain oats that are grown in dedicated fields and milled in uncontaminated conditions. 
• No GM ingredients, nuts or added sugars 
• High in Fibre
• Both our recipe and factory are nut free. We cannot guarantee that our ingredients are nut free. Manufactured on equipment that handles milk. Not suitable if you react to Avenin - a protein in Oats. 

Ingredients & Nutritional Information

Wholegrain oats (83%), sustainable palm fruit oil sea salt, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate).

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How to Use Product

Great for snacks and lunches or why not try: Chocolate Oat Lime Tart

For the Base

• 2tbsp raw cacao powder
• 150g Nairn's gluten free oat cakes
• 100g soft pitted dates
• 2tbsp melted coconut butter
• 1tbsp vanilla extract
• 1tsp cinnamon

For the Filling

• 2 ripe avocados
• Zest and juice of 2 limes
• 40g raw cacao powder
• 140g honey, chicory root syrup or agave nectar
• 100g coconut butter, melted
• Grated lime zest to decorate
